First - Build restorative aquaculture ecosystems on floating flexible fishing reefs for developing coastal communities to achieve global food security while restoring ocean biodiversity with nutrient recycling.
Second - Expand floating flexible reef infrastructure and biomass harvesting to achieve global energy security while restoring ocean biodiversity with nutrient recycling.
Third - Capture and permanently sequester CO2 from the energy processes to return natural levels of CO2 in the atmosphere.
